For everyone who has been keeping up with my blog you may have realized that I have been away from here for the past 6 months. So I thought I would take some time to catch everyone up on my life and my weight loss journey.
I have been super busy over the past 6 months with holidays, Passion, Merge weekend (D-Now for local churches in Troy), my birthday, wedding showers, Tyler and Penni's wedding, Stadium Fest, Troy Fest, graduation parties, graduations, church get-togethers, and finishing my 3rd spring semester in school. Life has been crazy for me.
I have been playing around with dieting for these past months though I have been eating semi healthy, meaning I would go back and forth eating right. But I have been working out by doing Zumba at my church with two of my favorite people to work out with. I am also running with one of my friends. Next week I am going to start a 21 day challenge where I am going to run at least 1.5 miles everyday, go to the gym, count calories, and see how much I lose. I am going to start back on the intense diet and workout schedule I was on last year. Love y'all so much and thanks for the encouragement... I am halfway there!
