52 pounds down... half way there! :)

    Today was the last weigh in for the month of September. I have had a lot of excitement this month (well at least the last part). I lost 52 lbs which put me weighing in at 212 lbs. My measurements were: Waist 31 1/2", Thighs 25 1/2, and Arms 12 1/2".

   This month I have still been running and working out. I added walking my sweet dog (Dory) almost everyday to my routine. I have also been walking with my cousin Kendra and some of my awesome friends Sarah Jane and Ariel. I have added drinking a cup of water with 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (kind of gross, but it is suppose to help with weight loss) to my diet plan.

   I want to thank everyone who is reading this and all of you who have been giving me words of encouragement and support. Y'all have helped me in ways I can't even explain. Without your constant support I don't know if I could stick to this journey. Also, I want to thank Penni for helping me through this and making me be committed and checking up on me. Not at my goal yet, but I am still pushing strong with your help. I just wanted to tell y'all a simple thanks from my heart :)
