This month has been busy and fun! From a wedding to hanging with
friends in Auburn to a family reunion and festivals... I have still been working out, but my weight has hit a plateau again. I have
only lost 2 lbs this month which means I am at 211 lbs. Even though
next month is Thanksgiving (which means tons of food) and I am at a
stand still on my weight, I am still going to stick strong to my diet (
after all Thanksgiving is just one day).
